Realm // Hazel Brill, Richard Downes & Mr X

Wed - Sun, 11am - 5pm  Realm is an experimental residency-based commission between the three London based artists Hazel Brill, Richard Downes and Mr. X. Over the period of 13 days, the artists will develop a new collective body of work that will manifest at CGP London as an immersive multi-media installation, responding to the gallery’s beautiful Southwark Park setting.

Fri - Sun, 11am - 5pm   New work collaboratively commissioned by CGP London and Matt's Gallery for Dilston Grove. The result of extended research by the artist Beth Collar, Daddy Issues draws on artefacts from the early church, the tradition of the cadaver tomb effigies in France and England, body horror and anatomical waxwork teaching aids.

25th April 2019 is the 250th anniversary of the birth of Sir Marc Brunel, the great civil engineer who masterminded the world’s first tunnel to be dug beneath a navigable river.
